Sales Executive

Requirements:
Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue target.
Assess and analyse customer needs, respond to customer enquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account.
Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory.
Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into the business.
Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Grow a dealership network.
Eligibility Requirement:​
2 years+ experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive.
Fluent Hindi and Marathi speaker.
BBA/MBA (or similar)
Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, hard-working.
Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Service Engineer

General Summary:
Our Network/IP/PBX Technician performs installation service, maintenance, repair, and programming of multi-line TDM/IP based, business voice and computing systems, including key, Hosted and traditional PBX systems, and IP telephony systems. Performs all modifications, moves, adds, changes, and installation of telephone services for all business based customers, some residential may be included. This work includes fibre and copper-based systems.
Requirement:
Include, but not limited to
Install, program, repair and maintains all phones systems. Systems including Hosted IP based; and associated equipment, including voicemail, facsimile terminals, paging and intercom systems.
Install, repair and maintains all types of IP telephony systems, including adds, moves and changes of installed telephone services.
Must work in conjunction with other departments for installs, provisioning repair and perform other maintenance duties as necessary. Must have the ability to read records and maps, including billing and central office circuit designs.
Must have the ability to proficiently use, all test equipment related to this position for both fibre and copper-based systems.
Determines through testing, necessary repairs that may include repairing wiring, station protectors, ground connections, running new wires, and replacing jacks, lids and pedestals as needed.
Eligibility:
5 years of work experience with installation of different EPABX systems.
CCNA and other IP/Network Certifications will be considered as a priority.
Knowledge of basic switching and routing equipment and protocols such as Cisco, Netgear, Linksys.
Knowledge of Basic Ethernet.
Knowledge of IP addressing scheme, subnetting and how to assign/deploy.
Knowledge of telecommunications equipment operations and maintenance and installation.
Knowledge of key, PBX, and IP telephony systems
